Role Overview
The team are now looking for a dynamic technology leader to guide a high-performing engineering team and shape the future of their platform architecture. Reporting into senior leadership, this role blends strategic vision with hands-on technical involvement, offering the opportunity to drive meaningful change across a global organisation.
What You’ll Do
- Lead a talented team of architects and developers to deliver cutting-edge software solutions aligned with business strategy.
- Oversee the design and implementation of features in a modern cloud-first environment.
- Champion best practices in performance, automation, monitoring, logging, and security.
- Balance leadership with technical input, remaining hands-on around 30% of the time while steering projects and people 70% of the time.
- Collaborate across time zones and geographies, contributing to a truly global impact.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Hands on experience of development, deployment and support within an Azure Environment
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server or Azure SQL and Azure services
- Strong development experience in C# and .NET core technologies
- A track record of leading teams and delivering complex projects at scale.
- Creation and maintenance of build and release automation (CI/CD) pipelines using Azure DevOps
