By guiding parishes through the funding process and strengthening their confidence in grant applications, you’ll help bring projects to life that uplift communities, create welcoming spaces and support those facing hardship.We’ll enable your experience to grow, providing plenty of support and assistance and enabling your activity and development, making this a superb role for now and the future.So, if you’re passionate about supporting parishes to grow, thrive and serve their communities, apply today and help make a difference.The Role As a Parish Grants Officer, you will lead and manage the National Lottery Awards for All grant programme across the Diocese.Guiding parishes through the full application process, you will help them secure up to £20,000 for projects that strengthen community life. Ensuring parishes are fully supported from first enquiry to successful submission, you will empower them to deliver initiatives that bring people together, improve community spaces, and support those most affected by the cost-of-living crisis.You’ll work closely with parishes, priests, and key stakeholders, providing support with bid writing, promoting funding opportunities, and proactively building a strong pipeline of prospective applicants.
