Transfer Pricing Senior Manager - Director

Pure Search is partnering with a global Consumer Goods group to appoint an Interim Transfer Pricing Senior Manager / Director.

This role sits at the heart of a major internal transformation programme spanning multiple jurisdictions worldwide and will play a critical part in shaping and implementing the group’s future operating model.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for supporting and driving a significant volume of high‑value TP workstreams, including:

• Supporting the implementation of the new global operating model, developing clear TP positions, policies, and compliance deliverables.
• Leading TP analysis for potential APA submissions, exit taxes and preparing robust documentation to defend TP positions in anticipation of tax authority scrutiny.
• Building controversy‑ready files, ensuring strong evidence and defensibility.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external advisors to fully understand proposed transactions, identify issues early, and recommend practical solutions.
• Ensuring all deliverables are completed to a high standard, on time, and managing post‑implementation follow‑up (including memos, opinions, rulings, elections, filings, etc.).
• Reporting directly to the Transfer Pricing Director, keeping them closely updated on key risks, challenges and proposed resolutions throughout each project.

Profile Requirements

We are looking to speak with individuals who possess:

• Strong Transfer Pricing technical expertise, ideally covering compliance, planning, documentation and controversy.
• Ideally in‑house experience within a multinational environment.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑jurisdictional TP projects with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with global stakeholders and advisers.

Contract Details

• Start date: March / April
• Duration: Until at least the end of the year (with potential extension)
• Level: Senior Manager to Director
