With clients such as Burger King, Lidl, Deliveroo and Compare the Market (to name drop a few) our aim is to be the biggest social agency in the world.

The agency is growing at a rapid rate, but we’re only just getting started. In 2026, we have ambitious plans to truly become the stand-out social agency in the UK, the US, and beyond. You’ll be working closely with our Associate Directors and Client Partners to deliver great service and help grow some of our most exciting and established client accounts.

The job

  • Responsible for the overview and successful running of all activity on allocated client accounts.

  • Building and maintaining positive client relationships to encourage retention and successful increase of scope.

  • Leading on crisis management, being solution focused in approach and escalating where necessary

  • Responsible for budgeting of client projects, ensuring that client budgets are appropriately distributed based on the brief, agency rate cards and agreed scope of work.

  • Working closely with departments across the agency to develop and create the best work.

  • Setting the strategy for individual accounts with the support of the internal strategy team. Reviewing this regularly to ensure we are staying true to the approved strategic direction.

  • Taking a leading role in new business pitch processes, often leading on the deck and working closely with the New Business Director.

  • Line management of the team, supporting and leading them in their career development and respective roles.

  • Strong client relationship builder, able to earn trust and act as a reliable strategic partner.

  • Inspiring team leader with a supportive, hands-on management style.

  • Skilled at juggling multiple clients and allocating internal resources efficiently.
