As a Reservationist at Hawksmoor , you’ll be right at the heart of the guest experience. This is not a desk-based role. You’ll be welcoming guests, managing reservations and waiting lists, coordinating seating and cloakroom, and supporting the floor team to keep service running smoothly. You’ll be a key part of how we deliver warm, generous hospitality from the very first hello.
What You’ll Do

• Welcome guests warmly and confidently on arrival
• Manage reservations, walk-ins and waiting lists during service
• Seat guests and manage the flow of the restaurant to support smooth service
• Oversee cloakroom and guest arrivals during busy periods
• Communicate clearly with managers, floor teams and the kitchen
• Support the floor team by helping set and reset tables and assist service when needed
• Handle guest enquiries in person, by phone and email with care and professionalism

Who You Are

• Naturally friendly, confident and great with people
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, busy restaurant environment
• Organised, calm and able to think on your feet
• A reliable team player who enjoys being part of a close-knit team
• Have previous hospitality or customer-facing experience in a premium restaurant
