About the role:

We are seeking a Product Manager to help shape how scientists use AI to do their work. This role will focus on building experiences that allow researchers to create, refine, and share their work products with the support of Agentic AI.

You will work closely with engineering, design, and customer-facing teams to develop solutions that enhance scientific workflows, drive engagement, and expand the impact of our platform. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the evolution of our offering as we define new ways for scientists to collaborate with AI and produce high-quality artefacts of their work.

Requirements

What you'll be doing:
  • Contribute to product strategy and roadmap for AI-powered scientific workflows.
  • Define product requirements and priorities, working with engineering and design to deliver at pace and quality.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Customer Success, Science and Product Marketing, to deliver solutions that scientists adopt and value.
  • Develop a deep understanding of user needs and behaviors, especially how scientists create, share, and collaborate on work products, and use insights to inform decisions.
  • Monitor product performance, usage, and feedback to inform decisions and iterations.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor approaches, and emerging opportunities in AI-powered productivity.
What we're looking for:
  • You will have 3-5 years' experience in product management (ideally B2B SaaS).
  • Experience in Life Sciences/BioTech/BioPharma (this is a plus but not required).
  • You have familiarity with AI / data products and exposure to LLM-powered tools.
  • You enjoy working in complex problem spaces - solving both technical problems and product questions, balancing business, technical and user requirements.
  • You have strong collaboration skills, working effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • You have an analytical and data-driven mindset, using insights to guide product decisions.
  • You are a clear and confident communicator across a wide range of stakeholders.
What we'd love to see:
  • Curiosity about scientific research processes and enthusiasm for enabling them with AI.
  • Experience working on products that shape user workflows or outputs.
  • A learning mindset and passion for solving complex problems in new ways.
