About the Role

We're looking for an experienced, strategic, and collaborative Product Manager to take the lead on Datapoints, our B2B subscription platform that empowers universities to explore and manage key data visualizations.

As Product Manager for Datapoints, you’ll sit at the heart of our Data Division, working within a cross functional squad of talented engineers, designers, QA, and delivery specialists. You'll shape the future of how universities interact with and derive value from complex education data, particularly around our flagship Rankings products.

From overseeing complex data migration projects to leading roadmap development and collaborating with commercial teams, your role is both strategic and hands on.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the Product Vision & Roadmap for Datapoints. Focusing on scalability, customer retention, and revenue growth.

• Lead cross functional squads through data migration, feature design, and delivery cycles in an Agile environment.

• Collaborate with stakeholders across Commercial, Data, Innovation, and Customer Success to align technical execution with strategic goals.
• Translate complex requirement s into clear, achievable outcomes for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Drive outcomes using key product KPIs like user engagement, uptime, and data delivery performance.

Ideal Candidate

• A strategic thinker who’s passionate about creating user centric, data driven products.
• Proven experience managing cross functional teams and driving delivery in Agile environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, you're a bridge between technical and commercial.
• Experience delivering complex technical products, ideally with some exposure to data heavy platforms or ETL pipelines.

Desirable Experience;

• UX or design experience
• Experience in education, analytics platforms, or SaaS B2B environments.
