Temporary Unqualified Nursery Assistant / LSA
Bertrum House Nursery is a welcoming and inclusive early years setting based Balham/Tooting Bec, dedicated to providing high-quality care and learning experiences for young children. We are currently seeking a Temporary Learning Support Assistant (LSA).

Location: Bertrum House Nursery, United Kingdom Role Overview:
As a Temporary LSA / Nursery Assistant, you will work closely with qualified staff to assist in delivering engaging activities that promote children's learning and development. This role requires enthusiasm, patience, and a genuine interest in supporting young children’s growth within a nurturing environment. No previous experience is required as full training will be provided. Each morning, will be working alongside a three year old child with Kniest Dysplasia to ensure they are safe, independent and supported in their learning environment. Skills and Qualifications:
- No prior experience necessary; willingness to learn on the job essential
- Good communication skills with both children and adults
- Ability to follow instructions carefully and work as part of a team
- Basic understanding of child development is an advantage but not essential
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible approach to working hours Values and Attitudes:
