Responsibilities

• Develop and implement French lesson plans that meet the needs and interests of diverse students
• Deliver inspiring and interactive French lessons that incorporate modern teaching techniques
• Assess students' performance and provide constructive feedback to ensure their progress
• Collaborate with the language department to develop and improve the French curriculum
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages students' participation and engagement
• Establish effective communication with both students and parents to discuss student progress and address any concerns
• Keep accurate records of students' attendance, assignments, and assessments

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in French or related field
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
• Proven experience teaching French to primary or secondary school students
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to engage and motivate students, fostering a love for learning French
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
