Your day-to-day impact
- Drive Underwriting Success: Develop, test, and maintain robust pricing models across all lines of business, providing direct support to underwriters.
- Own the Data: Produce and validate high-quality model inputs and outputs, ensuring all processes and procedures are documented to a high standard.
- Cross-Functional Influence: Feed valuable pricing insights directly into key business areas, including reserving and business planning.
- Connect the Dots: Blend your core pricing work with an understanding of CAT modelling and both inwards and outwards reinsurance.
What you will bring:
- The Background: Fully qualified or part-qualified GI Actuary with solid London Market experience.
- The Technical Edge: Solid actuarial pricing knowledge, coupled with a good grasp of CAT modelling and reinsurance structures.
- The Mindset: Agile, curious, and proactive. You don't just follow a process—you look for ways to make it better.
