  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a vehicle technician working on light vehicles.
  • A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.

  • Consistent workflow and time to complete jobs properly.
  • A fully equipped RAC van, fuel card, uniform, and full tool set from day one.

Benefits

  • 23 days of holiday (rising to 25 with service) plus bank holidays.
  • Pension scheme with up to 6.5% matched contributions and life assurance cover.
  • Access to a 24/7 confidential support service for you and your household.
  • Exclusive discounts through our Orange Savings portal.

Opportunities for Growth

We are committed to your professional development, offering:

  • Ongoing training, including future EV and diagnostic skills.
  • A supportive environment within a trusted national organization.

Who Thrives Here?

We are looking for individuals who:

  • Excel in both technical skills and customer service.
  • Enjoy independence and problem-solving in a dynamic work environment.
  • Take pride in helping others and providing peace of mind.
