This established London practice has been advising clients on family law matters for more than 30 years and continues to attract instructions in a broad range of complex cases. Joining a friendly and collaborative team, you'll be trusted with your own caseload while also playing a key role in larger, more challenging matters alongside experienced colleagues.

Whether your interests lie across the full spectrum of family law or you have a particular focus on public or private family work, you'll be supported to build a caseload that reflects your experience and career ambitions.

The team acts for parents, extended family members and Children's Guardians in a variety of proceedings, offering excellent exposure to meaningful and varied work.

Alongside high-quality matters, you'll benefit from genuine career development through in-house training, external professional development and support towards Children Panel accreditation or other professional qualifications.

Flexible working arrangements, including the possibility of a four-day week and a combination of office and home working, provide additional flexibility. What you'll do

• Manage your own family law caseload appropriate to your level of experience
• Assist colleagues on larger and more complex public and private law matters
• Undertake advocacy and continue developing your advocacy skills
• Advise parents, extended family members and Children's Guardians in a range of proceedings

What you'll need

• Qualified Solicitor with 1-4 years' PQE, although more experienced candidates will also be considered
• Interest in family law, whether across all areas or with a focus on public or private family work
• Previous advocacy experience
• Experience managing your own caseload
• Experience of legally aided work
• Strong drafting skills and excellent attention to detail
