  • Managing the first-touch sales process, including responding to enquiries, qualifying leads, and ensuring accurate data entry in CRM (Salesforce).
  • Following up with students and families throughout the admissions journey to ensure timely decisions and smooth onboarding.
  • Updating lead records and tracking movement through the sales and admissions pipeline.
  • Establishing and maintaining positive, professional relationships with families and students.
  • Continuously improving admissions and sales techniques while staying updated on education market trends.
  • Preparing accurate fortnightly reports on admissions and sales progress.

What success looks like:

  • High-quality consultations with parents and students that lead to strong conversion rates.
  • Accurate identification of students who are the right fit for the program.
  • Consistent achievement of sales and enrolment targets.
  • Smooth onboarding of admitted students, ensuring high family satisfaction.
  • Professional and timely resolution of family enquiries and concerns.
  • Strong collaboration with academic team.
  • Accurate and timely CRM data management.
  • Clear, concise admissions and sales reports delivered on schedule.
  • Constructive feedback shared to improve admissions and sales processes.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in spoken and written English
  • 2+ years of experience in sales
  • Background in Customer Service or Customer Success
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain program details to families and students
  • Confident interpersonal skills, with experience consulting parents and interviewing students
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, balance admissions and sales priorities, and meet deadlines
  • Previous experience in admissions, sales, or an administrative role, ideally in an educational setting
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), with confidence in data entry and reporting
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
  • University degree required (preferably from a top-ranking UK university)

What We Offer:

  • Flexible working hours
  • Remote opportunity
  • Opportunity to be part of a prestigious educational programme.
  • Collaborative and supportive work environment.
