Microsoft Dynamics 365 Tech Lead – up to £80,000

Pearson Carter is excited to be working with a forward-thinking organisation investing heavily in digital transformation and innovation. They are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Tech Lead to join their National Innovation & Technology team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions, with an initial focus on delivering a new CRM and client acceptance system across the business.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
• Design and implement Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions aligned to business needs
• Customize, configure, and integrate Dynamics 365 applications including CRM components
• Lead technical delivery, provide guidance, and mentor development teams
• Manage Dynamics 365 environments, including administration and troubleshooting
• Produce and maintain comprehensive documentation and provide end-user training
• Identify opportunities for continuous system enhancement and best practice adoption

Experience & skills:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience designing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions
• Strong expertise in Dynamics 365, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse), and related Azure technologies
• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with other business systems
• Technical leadership and excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills with ability to work effectively across teams
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g. Dynamics 365 Power Platform Solution Architect Expert) are highly desirable
