Senior Resident Service Assistant
£35,000
West London This is a permanent, full-time role working Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm, on a salary of £35,000. You'll be at the heart of creating a thriving community, working alongside the General Manager to deliver exceptional service and build meaningful relationships with residents from day one.
- Lead resident engagement and community building across a 279-unit development, from events and initiatives to day-to-day support
- £35,000 per annum, full-time permanent position based on-site in Perivale
- First point of contact for residents and visitors, combining customer service excellence with property management expertise
- Strong background in customer service with a genuine commitment to delivering first-class experiences
- Proven property management experience, including viewings, lettings administration, and tenant liaison
- Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confident communicator with strong written and spoken English, comfortable engaging with residents, visitors, and contractors
- IT literate and comfortable with social media, marketing portals, and digital resident communication channels
- Experience in residential property management or lettings administration
- Familiarity with tenant vetting procedures and compliance requirements
- Knowledge of health and safety statutory requirements in residential settings
