Administrative Assistant
About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Team Assistant to support a fast-paced team. The ideal candidate has 3 years’ TA experience (with 2 years in banking or financial services preferred) and a proven track record of supporting large, busy teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage high-volume calendars and coordinate complex meetings.
Arrange international and domestic travel, including visas, hotels, and itineraries.
Process expenses accurately and on time.
Handle high-volume calls and maintain banker contacts.
Provide general administrative support and assist with ad hoc projects.
Skills & Experience
3 years as a Team Assistant / EA; banking experience a plus.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Professional, resourceful, and a strong team player.
