This is a well-established, independently owned two-surgery practice in North London. The practice has been operated by the principal for a number of years and is now seeking an associate to support clinical delivery, allowing the principal to dedicate more time to the business and its development.

The successful candidate will join a small, experienced team including two receptionists and qualified nurse led by the principal dentist. While only one surgery is currently in use, a second is fully equipped and ready, offering full flexibility around working days, and potential for expansion. The position is offered for two days per week.

The role provides 2000 UDA, paid at up to £14 depending on experience, plus 50% split on private and lab work. The practice has a loyal and stable patient base, with a mixed NHS/private workload and scope for further private development.

On-site parking is available directly outside the practice, providing convenient access for both patients and staff.

As the associate will at times be the only dentist on-site, this position would best suit a confident and experienced clinician rather than a newly qualified FD+1.
