Sales and Events Executive
Searcys are looking for a Sales and Events Executive to join the team at Searcys Events.
As a Sales & Events Executive you will be managing the sales and event bookings for the venues, working on reactive and proactive sales enquires and planning a wide variety events including intimate gatherings and weddings, allowing you to show exquisite detail, service excellence and showstopping food.

Job Description
Job Type: Full Time/Hybrid
Salary: up to £34,000
As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and overseeing the planning and execution of high-profile events. This role is perfect for a sales-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong background in event sales and planning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively generate and convert event sales leads, meeting revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and private clients.
• Conduct venue show rounds, presentations, and sales pitches.
• Work closely with the operations and catering teams to ensure seamless event execution.
• Prepare and negotiate contracts, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
• Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
• Represent the venue and Searcys at networking events and trade shows.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in event sales within a high-end venue, hotel, or catering company.
• A strong sales mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• A passion for delivering exceptional events and client experiences.
• Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• Knowledge of London’s events and hospitality market is an advantage.
