In this role you will:- Be part of a team on HR Consulting projects focused on re-defining HR operating models, defining the skills of the future, leveraging Generative AI in skills of the future, and Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) across a range of different industry groups
- Challenge our clients to think differently in how HR can support the workforce of the future in relation to skills and workforce planning.
- Support the growth of the HR consulting practice through innovation, capability growth, thought leadership, and market eminence within HR Operating Model, skills of the future and Workforce Planning
- Support in creating market relevant points of views, blogs and offerings to create market eminence for Accenture’s HR consulting and overall T&O in relation to these areas.
- Delivering with consistency and excellence for our clients, helping to deliver best-in-class solutions for HR Operating Model, Skills of the Future and Strategic Workforce Planning.
- Proven track record in delivery in HR transformation programmes, particularly focused on re-defining the HR operating model, skills of the future and/or Strategic Workforce Planning.
- Prior HR transformation experience in a large or boutique consulting organisation
- Prior experience and subject knowledge in either HR operating model, skills of the future and/or Strategic Workforce Planning.
- Familiarity with the design of HR operating models, the latest trends in Skills-Based Organisation and Strategic Workforce Planning
- Strong consulting acumen by demonstrating excellent communication, facilitation and data analysis skills to influence others.
- A passion for technology trends, understanding how AI and technology can transform how HR supports the wider business.
- Showing ability to build trusted relationships, and manage stakeholders, both internally and externally to your organisation with clear ability to influence others.
- Industry specialism in HR Transformation desirable
- Are forward thinking with a strong business acumen
- Prioritise continuous development and self-guided learning, personally and your team.
- Have the drive to continuously share your knowledge with others.
- Are open to autonomously operate in a global network & fast pace growth model and comfortable to set your own personal growth plan.
