Maintenance Plumber
The key responsibilities:
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance of plumbing systems within the organisation's facilities.
- Diagnose and repair faults in plumbing installations and associated systems.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while performing duties.
- Collaborate with other maintenance staff to address building service issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities.
- Order and manage stock levels of plumbing materials and equipment as needed.
- Respond promptly to emergencies to minimise disruption to operations.
- Provide advice and guidance on plumbing systems to other departments as required.
