Global Short Tail Pricing Lead

Global insurance business has an opportunity for an experienced pricing actuary who has a strong focus on property classes.  This role will sit in their global team and will lead across the short-tail pricing initiatives.  The business is rolling out best in class pricing models so your role will work closely with key stakeholders (senior u/w) as well as IT to help build out  global models that strive towards global consistency and pricing excellence.  Experience of ReNew would be helpful but not essential as there is an internal team doing the heavy build work.  

This is a high profile role designing and managing the build of an ambitious future state for Property pricing that includes improved data pipelines, external data sources, comprehensive underwriting dashboards, and predictive models. 

You will be a seasoned pricing actuary with strong knowledge of pricing and portfolio techniques / industry best practices. You will be organized and self-motivated with a proven ability to prioritize projects and execute to deadline.  You will have a track record of success in business-facing roles, well-developed interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to communicate to and work productively with a non-technical audience.
