Store Manager
STORE MANAGER - LUXURY RETAIL
West London - £40,000 - Full-Time We are currently recruiting for an experienced Store Manager to join a growing luxury retail business with multiple boutiques across West London, with a new location opening soon. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven and customer-focused Store Manager to take ownership of the boutique, lead and develop a team, and contribute to the continued growth of the business.THE ROLE
- Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management and performance of the boutique
- Lead, motivate and develop the sales team to achieve commercial targets
- Drive sales, KPIs and exceptional customer service
- Build strong and lasting relationships with clients, including a significant Arab-speaking customer base
- Support VIP and repeat client development
- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback
- Lead by example on the shop floor and maintain a high standard of customer experience
- Support recruitment, onboarding and ongoing training
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and commercial performance
- Work collaboratively with senior management across the wider business
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Previous Store Manager experience within luxury, premium or high-end retail
- Strong commercial awareness with a proven ability to drive sales and KPIs
- A confident and engaging people leader
- Passionate about client experience and relationship building
- Comfortable working in a growing business where processes and systems are still developing
- Open-minded, adaptable and confident bringing forward new ideas
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Arabic, Spanish or Italian language skills would be highly advantageous
PACKAGE
- £40,000 basic salary
- 37-40 hours per week
- Store-based commission structure
- Weekly sales incentives
- £500 annual bonus
