Location: Glasgow City Centre – Excellent transport links

Hours: 40 hours per week

Salary: £25,396 per annum

As a Patient Flow Coordinator , you’ll play a vital behind-the-scenes role — ensuring every patient is scheduled promptly, every referral is managed accurately, and every interaction reflects the care we’re known for. What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate care: Schedule patient referrals, appointments, and surgeries with precision and care
  • Own the detail: Manage patient records, waiting lists, and clinical correspondence accurately
  • Be the steady hand: Answer patient queries with empathy and professionalism
  • Collaborate with clinical teams: Ensure a seamless patient experience from referral to treatment
  • Keep things running smoothly: Support general office tasks and maintain a calm, well-organised environment
