People Partner
Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management, and organisational development.
Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
Analyse HR metrics and trends to inform decision-making and improve HR practices.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives and training programs.Qualifications CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualification (or equivalent).
Proven experience in HR roles, particularly in employee relations, performance management, and organisational development.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees and management.
