About the Role
The HR Assistant will support the smooth operation of HR processes, helping to manage recruitment, employee records, and day-to-day HR administration.
Key responsibilities include:
• Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes
• Maintaining accurate HR records and databases
• Assisting with payroll, contracts, and staff documentation
• Responding to HR queries from staff and management
• Supporting HR policies and compliance procedures
Candidate Requirements
• Previous experience in HR or administrative support
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems
• Reliable, professional, and proactive
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Experience in a school or academy setting is desirable but not essential.
