Your role:

• Deliver exceptional member experiences and maintain high standards
• Support the Gym Manager in new member acquisitions through outreach and events
• Team leadership: Recruit, develop, and motivate a team of Personal Trainers, Fitness Coaches, and Gym Instructors
• Provide ongoing training and career growth opportunities for fitness staff
• Manage and improve group exercise offerings within the gym

What you'll bring:

• Passion for fitness and wellbeing
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• L2 qualification in gym instructing and group exercise experience
• Resilience, confidence, and integrity

Desirable:

• Experience in a management role within the fitness industry
• Sales and marketing experience
