Key Responsibilities:
As a Property Administrator, you will:
- Provide administrative support to the property management team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Maintain accurate records of property documents and tenant information
- Coordinate property viewings and manage scheduling effectively
- Assist in handling tenant inquiries and resolving any issues promptly
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with regulations and policies
- Prepare reports and documentation as required to keep the team informed
- Support the maintenance of property databases and management software

- Previous experience in property administration or a related field
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
