Commercial Manager - EMEA

Your Role
As the Commercial Manager, you will focus on driving additional product adoption among our existing customer base . The role will collaborate closely with the VP of Expansion to develop and execute targeted selling campaigns to drive attachment of expansion products. This role will have a focus on EMEA regional customers.
Your Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with existing Re-Leased customers in EMEA and articulate the value proposition and benefits of our expansion products.
- Conduct needs assessments through strategic questioning to uncover unmet requirements and demonstrate to customers what problems RL expansion products are solving that they may have not been aware of.
- Leverage technology to effectively communicate product value and demonstrate ROI to clients.
- Escalate customer issues to the right channel promptly.
- Be a product evangelist internally for our expansion products, helping as required educate, train and develop core front line teams in your region.
- Provide feedback to the product team on development items for the expansion products.
- By its cross functional nature, this role is highly collaborative across the business, and as such, forming and maintaining excellent relationships across all major functions of the business is critical for success.
Your Experience
- Deep knowledge of the Re-Leased platform.
- Demonstrated track record in closing new business or successfully renewing customers contracts over a sustained period while exceeding quota targets.
- Experience using a consultative, solution-based sales methodology.
- Ability and resilience to work in a fast paced, high volume sales environment.
- 3+ years of CRE industry knowledge or B2B software sales experience.
- Experience communicating technical content to audiences and influencing decisions.
