Head of Communications and Public Relations (Full time, Permanent)

About the role

The Head of Communications and Public Relations will be responsible for crafting high-profile, high-impact coverage for HealthHero, making it synonymous with digital health success in Europe. Working directly with the Group Founder and CEO, you will be required to:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to enhance awareness and strengthen HealthHero’s reputation among clients, investors, and stakeholders. This will also include developing a robust PR strategy to increase media visibility
• Position HealthHero as the leading healthcare provider in Europe
• Oversee all brand touchpoints to ensure consistency and alignment with the company's mission and market positioning
• Partner with regional Heads of Marketing to ensure brand strategy and messaging are effectively localised and executed across UK, France, Ireland and Germany
• Develop high-quality content , including blog articles, whitepapers, and case studies that reinforce HealthHero’s market position and investor appeal
• Build and nurture relationships with key media, journalists, and industry stakeholders to secure top-tier media coverage
• Work closely with senior leadership to ensure effective communication on key initiatives and updates, both internally as well as externally.

About you

The ideal candidate will be someone with a passion for storytelling and a proven track record of securing top media coverage to show how we are revolutionising healthcare. They will play a pivotal role in strengthening the company's influence, with a focus on brand positioning, content creation, investor messaging. They will take ownership of the brand's storytelling.

Our ideal candidate will need to be able to demonstrate:

• 10+ years of experience in corporate communications and public relations
• A proven track record of developing and executing successful PR and communication strategies
• A strong network and relationships with key media
• Exceptional writing, storytelling, and editing skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels
• An analytical mindset with the ability to measure and optimise communication impact
