What You’ll Be Doing

- Assess and track pupil progress, identifying opportunities to extend learning.
- Foster a warm, inclusive classroom culture that promotes confidence and curiosity.
- Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to plan exciting cross-curricular activities.
- Build strong relationships with parents and carers to support each child’s development.
- Contribute to the wider life of the school, including clubs, trips, and enrichment events.
What We’re Looking For
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching within Key Stage 1 , ideally Year 2.
- A creative and reflective practitioner with strong classroom management skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- A team player with a passion for high-quality, inclusive education.
