A well-established and expanding organisation is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to strengthen its internal Salesforce capability. This is a senior, hands-on role with a strong focus on Lightning Web Components (LWC) and 3rd party integration's, playing a key part in shaping the technical future of the Salesforce platform. You'll support the technical direction of Salesforce-tackling existing technical debt, defining development best practices, and delivering scalable, high-quality solutions. Working closely with internal teams and stakeholders, you'll help drive improvements across the Salesforce estate while ensuring the long-term health and performance of the org. As the Salesforce technical authority, you'll be deeply involved in solution design and build, with particular emphasis on modern UI development using LWC and seamless integration between Salesforce and external systems via APIs and middleware. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of scalable Salesforce solutions with a strong focus on Lightning Web Components
- Design, build, and optimise integration's between Salesforce and external platforms using REST/SOAP APIs
- Address technical debt and improve overall code quality and performance
- Define and enforce Salesforce development standards and best practices
- Work hands-on across the Salesforce platform to support ongoing enhancements and new functionality
- Contribute to and influence the Salesforce technical roadmap
- 6 Month Contract
- £500/Day (Inside IR35)
- Hybrid - Required in the London office, 3 days a week.
