What you'll do on a typical day:

• Managing daily operations across key accounts and general customers , handling import and export across air, sea, and road.

• Submitting documentation to HMRC , tracking progress, and resolving queries with customers and internal teams

• Building strong relationships with stakeholders and delivering top-tier service across all operational tasks

• Following customer and internal SOPs , meeting SLAs , and smashing KPIs

What you need to succeed at XPO:

• Experience in import/export operations across at least two transport modes (air, sea, road)
• A background in fast-paced operational teams where agility and accuracy are key.
• Hands-on customs clearance experience – especially in air or ocean operations
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Sharp attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a multi-modal team.

• Tech-savvy with the ability to pick up new systems quickly – CargoWise familiarity is a bonus.
• Supervisory or team leading experience would be advantageous.
