Restaurant Manager

Join us as a Restaurant Manager and lead our dynamic team in delivering our famous chicken finger meals to our beloved customers. You'll support our Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations, ensuring we maintain our high standards and fun culture. This is a hands-on role, requiring you to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and interact with customers.

Key Details

• Pay: Competitive hourly rate + monthly bonus
• Hours: Varied shifts including days, evenings, weekends and some holidays
• Contract: Full-time
• Location: London
• Start date: As soon as possible
• Closing date: 30th June 2023

The Work

• Act as manager on duty, opening and closing the restaurant
• Manage cash handling and ensure accountability
• Enforce company policies and safety standards
• Direct and motivate our Crewmembers during shifts
• Provide excellent customer service
• Ensure the cleanliness of the restaurant and maintain its facilities
• Complete other tasks as assigned

What You Need

• 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
• 18 years of age or older

Desirable

• GCSEs or equivalent
• Experience with restaurant-specific technology systems
