The Chancery Rosewood - opening in Summer 2025, a Rosewood Hotel Group property, is h oused in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. It will include 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, including a variety of dining and entertainment spaces: providing a stage for progressive ideas, voices and expression.

Here, we are seeking a Switchboard Supervisor to support and guide a team that are dedicated to keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll be responsible for ensuring all guest requests are handled efficiently, maintaining a well-organised operation, and fostering clear communication across departments. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on coordination, enjoys problem-solving, and understands that exceptional service is about both speed and attention to detail. This role is due to start in June 2025.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee the service centre associates, ensuring exceptional service delivery and maintaining smooth operations.
• Lead, train, and support a dedicated team of associates, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Support with the creation and implementation of forward thinking processes, staying one step ahead of the curve.
• Develop a deep understanding of the entire guest journey, ensuring smooth collaboration across departments providing guests with a seamless experience at every touchpoint.
• Effectively manage guest queries, ensuring timely, accurate follow-ups and resolutions to maintain a positive guest experience.
