As Chef de Partie, you are at the heart of the kitchen, bringing passion, precision, and flair to every dish. You will help create an environment where the spirit of the Caribbean comes alive through food, ensuring that every plate is not only a treat for the taste buds but a celebration of island life.
It’s about delivering exceptional food with the highest standards of quality, presentation, and care. You will ensure that every guest enjoys an unforgettable culinary experience, while maintaining the smooth and efficient flow of the kitchen.

- Live the Turtle Bay DNA: Embody and demonstrate Turtle Bay's vibrant culture and values through your cooking, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere where every dish is crafted with care and pride.
- Menu Excellence: Display expert knowledge of Turtle Bay’s menu, confidently preparing each dish with attention to detail. Ensure every meal is authentic to the Caribbean inspiration behind it, and follow ingredient, preparation, and presentation specifications to ensure consistency across every plate.
- Create Memorable Guest Experiences and Deliver Exceptional Food Quality: Every dish is an opportunity to impress. Approach each dish with a commitment to excellence, perfectly balancing flavours, textures, and presentation.
