Duties and responsibilities
Greet guests warmly as they arrive and assist them with checking in coats, bags, and personal items.
Maintain a tidy and organised cloakroom area throughout the event.
Return items promptly and accurately to guests at the end of the event.
Skills and experience
Reliable timekeeping and a proactive attitude
Ability to stay organised in a fast‑paced environment
Confidence in handling personal belongings responsibly
Comfortable standing for periods of time and managing queues
