The Role

We’re searching for a incredible Head of Brand Partnerships & Experiences — a powerhouse connector who will lead our global talent relationships, brand collaborations, and community activations.

This role sits at the intersection of culture, connection and commerce.

You’ll manage and nurture relationships with Healf’s top-tier Ambassadors — the global superstars and iconic ambassadors who represent the brand at its highest level. You’ll be their go-to, their creative partner, and the architect of the experiences that bring their influence to life.

Beyond talent, you’ll lead brand collaborations — partnering Healf with the world’s most exciting and culturally relevant brands across fashion, fitness, tech, food and hospitality. Every partnership should feel premium, authentic and headline-worthy.

And because Healf lives both online and in real life, you’ll also bring the brand to life through community events and experiences — from intimate wellness dinners to large-scale cultural activations that unite our talent, community and partners under one vision.

This is a high-energy, relationship-led role for someone who is deeply immersed in wellbeing and culture, commercially sharp, and relentlessly charismatic.

Where You’ll Make An Impact

• Leading Healf’s global talent and ambassadors— nurturing deep, authentic relationships with our most influential partners and ensuring every collaboration feels meaningful.

• Building world-class brand collaborations that expand Healf’s cultural footprint — from co-branded product launches to creative campaigns and experiential partnerships.

• Developing and delivering unforgettable community events and experiences — from influencer dinners and studio pop-ups to large-scale activations and festival moments.

• Acting as the face of Healf’s partnership network — representing the brand at key events, launches and cultural gatherings.

• Working cross-functionally with the Brand, Growth and Creative teams to ensure partnerships are seamlessly integrated across campaigns, content and commerce.

• Managing negotiation and execution of partnership contracts — balancing creativity with commercial impact.

• Constantly scouting emerging cultural talent, brands and opportunities that align with Healf’s mission to make wellbeing the world’s next cultural movement
