Procurement Excellence Lead

Summary of what you will do
  • Implement and oversee procurement IS & digital transformation initiatives, including the Global Enterprise Transformation (GET) programme
  • Lead the development and implementation of standardized procurement processes, ensuring compliance with Group rules and policies
  • Own and manage UK Procurement KPI dashboards and reporting packs for stakeholder meetings
  • Drive sustainability initiatives within procurement to support ENGIE's carbon neutrality ambitions
  • Cultivate effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Lead communication, change management, and knowledge sharing activities to foster collaboration and adoption of procurement strategic guidelines

What you will bring to the role
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or business, with a Master's degree or CIPS qualification preferred
  • 10+ years of functional experience across procurement processes, excellence, and e-procurement systems
  • Proven track record in establishing and monitoring procurement KPIs and performance dashboards
  • Experience in leading digital transformation initiatives within procurement
  • Strong analytical skills and expertise in complex data analysis
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in digital tools including ERP systems, Advanced Excel, Power BI, and MS Office applications

Job Based In

London Head Office on a hybrid working arrangement with some requirement to visit the various ENGIE sites.
