Position Overview
This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities through networking and business development.
- Understand clients’ staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Candidate Management:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to match client requirements.
- Utilise various recruitment channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Provide career advice and guidance to candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Recruitment Strategy:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Analyse recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve processes and outcomes.
- Administration and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client and candidate interactions.
- Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities and outcomes for management.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
