The role
The Account Manager role at Prime Earthware is a dynamic client services position within a leading digital MedComms agency. The role is ideal for someone with at least two years of experience in project or client management, particularly within a med comms agency setting, who thrives in a fast-paced, digitally innovative environment. Reporting to the Client Services Director, the Account Manager will handle day-to-day client communications, manage project delivery, support business development efforts, and contribute to financial tracking and account growth.
Key responsibilities include coordinating project timelines and documentation, developing strong client relationships, and working closely with internal teams to ensure high quality, on budget execution. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, commercially savvy, and passionate about healthcare innovation. Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years in a client services/project management role within an agency or similar environment. Experience in digital healthcare/pharma is a strong advantage
