Cafe Team Member

Join the Daylesford Organic Pimlico team as a Café Team Member and be part of a beautiful, welcoming café serving a fresh, organic farm-to-fork menu. You’ll work alongside a supportive, friendly team who will provide full training in all aspects of service, ensuring you deliver an exceptional experience to every guest. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a purpose-led environment where quality, sustainability, and seasonal produce are at the heart of everything we do.
SALARY: £12.43 per hour plus tronc (Weekly Pay)
HOURS: Full time 32 or 40 hours, including weekends
YOUR ROLE
Deliver exceptional, attentive service to every guest, ensuring a welcoming and memorable café experience.
Serve breakfast, lunch, dinner, and drinks with care, maintaining consistency and quality at all times.
Take orders, prepare drinks, and support food service in line with Daylesford standards and procedures.
Maintain a clean, organised, and inviting café environment, including dining areas, counters, and service stations.
Work closely with your team to ensure smooth service, clear communication, and seamless coordination during busy periods.
Follow all health, safety, and food hygiene standards to maintain the highest quality and safety.
Learn and uphold Daylesford’s service standards, values, and attention to detail through ongoing training and development.
Support seasonal menu changes, promotions, and special events, helping to create a unique and engaging customer experience
ABOUT YOU
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable guest experiences.
Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude with strong communication skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Organised and attentive to detail, with a focus on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Willingness to learn and follow Daylesford service standards and café procedures.
Previous experience in a café, hospitality, or customer-facing role is desirable but not essential — full training will be provided.
A genuine interest in organic produce, sustainability, and the Daylesford ethos.
