We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Paid Social Senior Executive to support the planning, execution and optimisation of paid social campaigns across a range of clients.
This is a hands-on role focused on campaign delivery, performance optimisation and reporting. You will work closely with the Paid Social Senior Manager and wider account teams to ensure campaigns are executed efficiently, meet performance targets, and deliver strong results for clients.
This role is ideal for someone with solid paid social experience who is ready to step up, take more ownership of campaigns, and deepen their strategic and analytical skillset within a fast-paced, influencer-led environment.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & ManagementSet up, manage and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok (with exposure to other platforms such as YouTube, LinkedIn and Pinterest)
Support campaign planning, including structuring campaigns, audience set-up and budget allocation
Monitor campaign performance daily and make proactive optimisations to improve results
Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard
Paid Social Expertise
Strong understanding of key ad formats (video, static, carousel) and how they align with campaign objectives
Build and manage audiences including interest-based, behavioural, custom and lookalike audiences
Support the activation of influencer-led paid social campaigns (whitelisting / boosting content)
Stay up to date with platform best practices and apply these to live campaigns
Data & Performance Analysis
Track and report on key metrics such as CPM, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS and engagement rates
Support with campaign reporting, including pulling data, analysing performance and identifying insights
Assist in A/B testing across creatives, copy and audiences to improve performance
Work with the wider team to understand attribution and measurement approaches
Creative & Copy Support
Support in briefing creators and internal teams on paid social best practice
Adapt organic content into paid-ready assets with strong hooks and clear messaging
Collaborate with strategy and creative teams to ensure content is optimised for performance
Client & Team Collaboration
Work closely with account teams to support campaign delivery and ensure alignment with client objectives
Contribute to internal meetings with updates on campaign performance and learnings
Support on client reporting and presentations where required
Industry Awareness & Development
Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates and new ad formats
Share interesting learnings, trends or platform updates with the wider team
Proactively develop your paid social skillset and platform knowledge
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in paid social (agency experience preferred)
Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager
Understanding of paid social metrics and how to optimise towards them
Experience supporting or managing campaigns with clear performance objectives
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Comfortable working across multiple campaigns and deadlines
A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn and grow
Interest in influencer marketing and how paid and organic work together
Nice to Have
Experience with influencer whitelisting / creator licensing
Exposure to additional platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, Google Ads)
Basic Excel / data analysis skills
