Car Sales Executive (Uncapped Commission)
Basic salary + uncapped commission | OTE £35,000-£55,000+ | Rainham RM13 | Full-time
Status Motor Group is hiring a Car Sales Executive for our Rainham showroom. If you can close, there is no cap on what you earn here.
You will handle enquiries from our website, phone and forecourt, qualify buyers, book and run test drives, present finance honestly and close the deal. We give you the stock, the leads and the tools - you bring the hunger and the people skills.
What we need: a full UK driving licence, confidence on the phone and in person, resilience, and weekend availability. Motor trade experience helps, but attitude and coachability matter more - we will train the right person.
