Teacher of PE with ECT Support - Brent Outstanding School
We are excited to be working with an Outstanding secondary school in Brent to recruit a high-calibre and enthusiastic PE ECT. This full-time, permanent position starts in April 2026 and offers a fantastic opportunity to join a successful team. The school provides a comprehensive ECT induction programme, pairing you with an experienced mentor to ensure you are fully supported as you contribute to the development of consistently outstanding teaching and learning.

Responsibilities
Teach engaging PE lessons across KS3 and KS4 as a passionate subject specialist
Work closely with your dedicated mentor to refine your practice during your induction years
Inspire, enthuse, and encourage students to achieve their highest potential in physical health
Participate in a strong culture of professional development tailored for ECTs
Lead and contribute to the school’s vibrant extracurricular sports programme
Qualifications and Experience
Degree in Sports Science, PE, or a related discipline
PGCE or QTS (achieved or pending)
Must have the right to work in the UK
Salary and Benefits
Salary Range: £40,317 to £62,496 (Inner London)
Full-time, permanent position with a three-week paid induction in July
Access to a bespoke ECT support framework and experienced mentors
