Influencer, Partnerships and PR Executive
Role Overview:
We are looking for a creatively driven and commercially sharp Influencer, Partnerships & PR Executive to elevate our brands through standout creator collaborations, strategic partnerships, and powerful storytelling.
This is a hands-on role where you will own the end-to-end influencer and ambassador program — from scouting the right talent to building long-term, performance-driven relationships. You’ll bring ideas to life through unique campaign briefs, innovative content, and measurable impact. Alongside this, you’ll shape our PR narrative, crafting stories that land media coverage, drive conversation, and build brand credibility across the UK, EU, UAE and beyond.
You’ll also play a key role in managing co-marketing and brand partnerships, from identifying new opportunities to negotiating deals and tracking performance. This role blends creativity with execution — the ideal candidate will be as comfortable writing a killer press release or influencer brief as they are analysing campaign metrics and ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
Influencer & Ambassador Program
- Build and manage our influencer and ambassador ecosystem across macro, micro, and nano creators.
- Source, vet, and onboard talent aligned with our brand values and target audiences, ensuring brand safety and compliance at every step.
- Develop creative, on-brand briefs that inspire content creators to deliver engaging and authentic campaigns.
- Maintain relationships with key creators and agencies, fostering long-term partnerships that drive growth and brand awareness.
- Oversee campaign performance, setting KPIs and tracking ROI across reach, engagement, CTR, CPA, and EMV metrics.
Public Relations & Media Strategy
- Lead PR strategy across seasonal launches, brand campaigns, and product stories.
- Develop compelling story angles, press releases, and media materials tailored to consumer and trade press.
- Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, and key media stakeholders across the UK, EU, and international markets.
- Manage proactive and reactive communications, ensuring we’re always part of the right conversations.
- Secure coverage, product placements, and executive interviews that amplify our brand narrative.
Partnerships & Co-Marketing
- Identify, pitch, and secure partnership opportunities with complementary brands, platforms, and communities.
- Negotiate terms, define deliverables, and manage joint campaigns from ideation to performance reporting.
- Ensure alignment across creative, commercial, and legal requirements, with all approvals managed efficiently.
- Monitor campaign performance, track impact, and optimise for long-term mutual growth.
Campaign Tracking & Reporting
- Own campaign performance reporting across influencer, PR, and partnership activity.
- Manage UTM tracking, affiliate attribution, and analytics dashboards using GA4 and relevant tools.
- Deliver weekly and monthly reports highlighting results, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
- Partner with internal teams (Brand, Performance, DTC) to ensure influencer and PR activity supports broader marketing goals.
Ideal Candidate:
- 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, PR, or brand partnerships, ideally within a retail or e-commerce environment.
- Proven track record of running multi-tiered influencer programs and securing meaningful brand coverage.
- Strong understanding of the UK, UAE and EU markets, with bonus points for exposure to UAE and USA markets.
- Creative thinker with exceptional communication and writing skills — comfortable developing briefs, press materials, and campaign stories that stand out.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into action.
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Upfluence (or Grin), TikTok Creator Marketplace, and PR monitoring or distribution tools.
- Confident in UTM creation, GA4 tracking, and campaign performance reporting.
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects at pace with precision and accountability.
- Event planning or content creation experience would be a plus, alongside a flair for storytelling and editorial writing.
