With access to cutting-edge tools, high-quality data, and full autonomy, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of motor insurance pricing.Key duties:Own the full end-to-end pricing process, from idea to live deployment.Develop and integrate new pricing features, tools, and models to drive profitability and growth.Monitor claims performance and market trends, ensuring pricing remains competitive, responsive, and sustainable.What you'll bring:Strong technical skills in Python, SQL, Tableau (or similar), with the ability to extract insight from complex data.Solid understanding of GI pricing (motor insurance preferred) and actuarial/statistical principles.Commercially focused, innovative problem-solver with excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders.Why join?
