Coffee Trainer

JOB PURPOSE

You will be responsible for the Coffee Training, Supporting our Bakeries and Breadheads to craft coffee to a high standard through sharing your passion for specialty coffee. Coffee Trainers ensure that the final product observes the company's quality standards. In general, these detail-oriented professionals are responsible for the development of our Barista's

This is a field based role: Bakeries & Our Office in Hawley Wharf, Camden

(This role will involve travel around London & UK)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supporting our Bakeries and Breadheads to craft coffee to a high standard through sharing your passion for specialty coffee.
• Set strong standards and foundations around Coffee and our hot drinks offering
• Driving team development, quality and ultimately sales you will visit our bakeries to coach and support to develop our Coffee offering
• Lead, deliver and embed key business objectives for improving our bakery procures and practices, such as visual quick sheets and standardizing measuring
• Highlight and drive our commercial lens in bakeries, driving successful practices into habits
• Continuously challenging our bakery activities and driving commercially savvy and quality focused conversations to support our teams
• Writing content to support the training and development of our Breadheads
• Supporting with NPD launches and NBO training to provide the very best guidance, training and support
• Driving team development, quality and ultimately sales you will visit our bakeries to coach and support to develop our Coffee offering

• SCA Barista Intermediate & Professional qualifications would be an advantage.
