What the Year 3 Teacher will do
As Year 3 Teacher , you will plan sequenced units that develop reasoning in mathematics, fluency in reading, and confidence in writing. The Year 3 Teacher will use high-quality formative assessment to personalise learning and will run targeted interventions. The Year 3 Teacher will also lead enrichment projects and support whole-school events starting in January 2026.
