Office Manager - Parental Leave Cover (50%)

Are you an organised and proactive team player? We are looking for a part-time Office Manager (Parental Leave Cover) to join our Axel Arigato team and support our London office. This is a 50% fixed-term position, offering you the opportunity to champion a collaborative workplace and contribute to our values-driven culture.

About the Role and Team

As our Office Manager (Parental Leave Cover), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office, supporting our London-based team and contributing to a welcoming, efficient, and inclusive workspace. You will be a key point of contact for our team, visitors, suppliers, and contractors, supporting our culture and company values in everything you do.

Core Responsibilities

• Maintain a well-organised, safe, and inspiring office and studio environment for our team, guests, and partners.
• Act as the go-to person for office and facilities queries, managing suppliers, vendors, and building management.
• Oversee supplies, equipment, and workplace resources, ensuring everything is in good order and ready for use.
• Coordinate meeting rooms, events, catering, and travel — from fittings and photo shoots to team gatherings.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth arrivals and goodbyes.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and building procedures, including inspections, fire drills, and security systems.
• Provide hands-on support to our creative teams, keeping studio spaces ready for production, shoots, and fittings.
• Liaise with IT partners to resolve day-to-day tech and access issues.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven experience in office, studio, or facilities management — ideally in fashion, retail, or a creative environment.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities at all levels.
• Proactive problem-solver with a hands-on, can-do attitude.
• Confident with Microsoft Office, IT tools, and willing to learn new systems.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
