Specification Team Leader 12 Month FTC

Location: UK (Fully Remote) Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum Job Type: Full-time, 12-Month Fixed Term Contract

Are you an experienced compliance or regulatory professional looking for a fully remote role with a leading organization? We're looking for a Specification Team Leader to manage a team of technical experts, delivering product information reviews and regulatory advice to clients.

• Managing the day-to-day operations of client accounts and ensuring service delivery.
• Acting as the technical point of contact for regulatory and compliance queries.
• Leading and mentoring a team of Advisors and Senior Advisors .
• Collaborating with Business Development and Account Management teams.
• Ensuring regulatory compliance across a variety of product categories.
• Supporting the growth and development of your team.
• Monitoring and improving ways of working for efficiency and quality .

• Degree in food science, regulatory affairs, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum two years' experience in a technical or regulatory role.
• Strong knowledge of food/non-food regulatory compliance and industry standards.
• Practical experience with specification or artwork packages .
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a bonus).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Fully remote - work from anywhere in the UK.
